How to book an engineer (web version)

  1. Please visit our website at Bandbarracks.com.

  1. Click on the "Daily Customer Login" located at the upper right corner of the page.

  1. Enter your Band Barracks email and password to log in, or sign up if you do not have an account yet.

  1. Once you have successfully logged in, click on the Engineers tab and you will see all the engineers.

  1. Some engineers offer their services for both Recording and Podcast so please make sure that you choose one.

  1. After you have chosen an engineer, pick your preferred booking duration.

  1. All timeslots that have blue '+' icon are the times that specific engineer is available.

  1. Once you have selected your preferred timeslot, you can choose which Studio Room you would like to book.

  1. Click on "Create reservation" and then "Make Payment".

  1. Lastly, hit the "Pay Now" button.

  1. Upon successful processing of your payment, an email containing your gate and studio codes will be sent to you.

If this is your first time booking, we kindly advise you to review the article on the ID verification process.

Book an engineer at least 12 - 24 hours in advance.

You can cancel or reschedule your engineer booking at any time, as long as it’s more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. However, one hour from your booking will be deducted from the total amount refunded or credited.

Any cancellations/reschedule requests made within 4 hours are not eligible for a refund.
