Cancellation Policy

Room Bookings Only:

All sessions can be cancelled 24 hours in advance for full credit at Band Barracks or a refund. Refunds must be requested via email to [email protected].

Any session cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for credit at Band Barracks unless the session is cancelled within 4 hours of the scheduled booking. Cancellations within 4 hours of a booking are not eligible for a credit or a refund. If you have special circumstances, such as an emergency, you can make a special request to [email protected]

Room and Engineer Booking:

You can cancel or reschedule your engineer booking at any time, as long as it’s more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time. However, one hour from your booking will be deducted from the total amount refunded or credited.

Any cancellations/reschedule requests made within 4 hours are not eligible for a refund.
