Cancellation Policy

Room Bookings Only:

We completely understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your session, simply let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we will happily offer you a full credit at Band Barracks.

However, please note that if you cancel within 4 hours of your scheduled booking, we unfortunately cannot offer a credit or refund. We know life happens, so if you are experiencing a special circumstance or an emergency, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we will do our absolute best to help you out.

Room and Engineer Booking:

Need to adjust your engineer booking? No problem at all! You are always welcome to cancel or reschedule your session as long as you give us more than 24 hours' notice before your start time. Just a gentle heads-up that one hour of your booking will be deducted from your total refund or credit to honor our engineers' time.

Please keep in mind that any cancellations or reschedule requests made within 4 hours of your booking are unfortunately not eligible for a refund.
