How to cancel a booking

  1. Log in to your Band Barracks account and locate your existing booking.

  1. Click your booking and hit the trash icon.

  1. You should see a message saying "Session successfully deleted".

Once your booking has been cancelled, you should also receive an email confirmation of the cancellation.

Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your booking will result in the corresponding credit being deducted from your account.
